How do I add the membership card to my iPhone?
Access the email you received on your iPhone and swipe down until you see the "Download" button. Tap the “Download Membership Card” button. This will take you to a new page. Swipe down on the new page and then click "Add to Apple Wallet." Your digital card will appear, then you can click "Add" on the upper right side of the screen. The card will automatically go to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet. It can be accessed in your Wallet app at any time.
iPhone users can now also use the Google Pay (Gpay) app as their digital wallet if they prefer it over Apple Wallet. To use the Google Pay app, first make sure Gpay is installed. Once installed, open the email directly from your phone and click the “Download Membership Card” button. Click on “add to Gpay.” A preview of the card will appear, then click “Save to Gpay.” In some cases, Gpay might ask you to log in so you can save it to an account. How do I add the membership card to my Android phone?
If you use an Android device, you can chose where to install your card (Google Wallet app or Wallet Passes app)

What if I cannot find my digital card when I arrive at the museum?
That’s OK! Your membership is recorded in our system and we can always look you up by name if you aren’t able to bring your card up on your phone. Our team can also help you find the card on your phone, if you'd like.

How will I use my Beyond the Burke reciprocal benefits?
If your membership includes reciprocal benefits, the NARM and ROAM reciprocal logos will be automatically added to your digital card. This digital method is actually even easier to use when you visit other organizations because the expiration date will always be correct and your reciprocal stickers will never wear away!
I’d prefer not to use a digital membership card, what should I do?
We can check you in by name at the admissions desk. Or, you can email burkemem@uw.edu or call 206.616.6057 and receive updated expiration stickers for an existing physical card.

How can I send my flexible guest card to a family member or friend who wants to visit the museum?
On an Android: Navigate to the back of the card (click the small info icon on the front of the card) and use the “Share Pass” button to send the card to your flexible guest.
On an iPhone: You will find the share icon at the top right of the digital card. The share icon looks like a square with and arrow pointing upwards.
I downloaded my card but I can’t find it
If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet. Check the app for your new card (scroll through any cards that are already there—it may be hiding!). If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Play Store prior to downloading the card.
My digital card doesn't have a barcode, is that ok?
The Burke Museum does not scan membership cards, so we do not have a barcode on our digital cards. No need to worry, your card is completely active! Just make sure your name, expiration date, and level are correct.
