These four prints combine the elements of tradition and experimentation seen in the previous prints. The complexity of the compositions increases, but they remain based upon the use of repeated forms, Salish imagery, and Salish design language. The circular image of the spindle whorl appears within each of these compositions, although its relationship to the overall design is different for each image. The variation of the color pallets reflects Susan's interest in continually investigating new aspects of her representations.
