Founder of the Museum of Mythology in Korea, renowned people’s artist Kim Bong Jun makes a special visit to Seattle for the first time in his 50+ years of Indigenous cultural work.
He will use traditional Corean calligraphy and brush to draw totems from the Pacific, and craft and paint them, symbolizing the unity of the Indigenous cultural belt along the Pacific and offer attendees special custom calligraphy with words that honor their inner mother.
Kim Bong Jun will also exhibit original pieces and explain the historical and spiritual significance.
