Curated Conversations | The 50 Peaks Project: Exploring Alpine Diversity of Washington's Cascade Range
Presented by Burke Herbarium Collections Manager, Dr. David Giblin
Hear from Herbarium Collections Manager, David Giblin, about the role the Burke Museum Herbarium plays in documenting and describing biodiversity in Washington state. David will share updates on his team's alpine plant survey project and the exciting new plant species that have recently been added to the collections. Learn more about the scientific findings that inform conservation efforts and help us understand the effects of warming temperatures on flora found at higher elevations. We hope you can join us!
