Diagnostic Features:
Unlobed, pinnate primary vein, agrophic veins present on some leaves, but not distinct. Secondary veins are semicraspedodromous, tending towards eucamptodromous. Margin is finely serrate.

This morphotype was described as Itea sp by Jack Wolfe in U.S. Geological Survey Bulletin 1597. This leaf type is currently being restudied - it is expected that it will be published and renamed in the near future.
