Fossil Finder Fun Pack Cost Assistance Request

The Burke cost assistance program provides full free access to a Fossil Finder Fun Pack for a single youth participant. We will email you within 30 days to let you know if your application is funded.

Burke cost assistance funds are limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funds.
Please fill out a separate application for each child.
Limit of one award, per youth, per 12 month period.
To receive a free Fossil Finder Fun Pack, applicants need to qualify for one of the following:

A National School Lunch Act program: National School Lunch Program (and Commodity School Program), School Breakfast Program, Special Milk Program for Children, Child and Adult Care Food Program, or Summer Food Service Program.
Foster care: youth is or was in the foster care system during the 2019–20 school year.
Other government public assistance: Parent/guardian enrolled in SNAP or other public assistance program.
